FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING within 24/48 hours on orders over €99. For orders under €99, shipping will cost an additional €5.

You can RETURN within 14 days of receiving the goods.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Visconti Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to sender , any shipping costs charged to Visconti Srl will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Orders are shipped by VISCONTI SRL , from Monday to the Friday Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

We would like to remind our new customers that Visconti Srl may ask PayPal to verify the transaction , including by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delays in shipping your first order.

Orders for items already in stock are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers.

Shipments to Italy and abroad are made via express courier DHL from Visconti Srl As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of each item in euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
