Exchanges and Returns
RETURNS can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that all return costs will be borne by the customer.
Shipping is at the customer's risk. Visconti SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delays in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received, or in the same packaging and packaging type, including the completed return form (see point C).
All returned items will be inspected by Visconti SRL staff, who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return or exchange procedure. Visconti SRL reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of returned items. These amounts will be established after the return or exchange assessment and agreed upon with the Customer.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To request a return authorization , the Customer must send a request to ordini@antoniovisconti.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The email must include the codes of the items you wish to return. Once the return request is received, Visconti SRL customer service will send the customer a written confirmation with the instructions to follow.
In the event of a return, the cost of returning the goods and the cost of cash on delivery (if chosen as the payment method) are the responsibility of the customer and therefore will not be refunded , unless otherwise specified at the beginning of this information.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If you make a mistake when selecting a size on www.antoniovisconti.it, you can exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it. You can only exchange it for a different size or color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the item for a different one . Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Shipping payment methods (return and redelivery) will be agreed upon based on the customer's needs. Contact our customer service team at ordini@antoniovisconti.it or WhatsApp +39 3319584020 , specifying the item code you wish to exchange. Once the exchange request is received, Visconti SRL 's customer service team will send the customer a written confirmation with the instructions to follow.
The cost of returning the goods and the cost of cash on delivery (if chosen as the payment method), in the event of an exchange, are the responsibility of the customer and therefore not refundable , unless otherwise specified at the beginning of the information.

RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (Consumer right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
To send one or more returns to Visconti SRL , the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
- All items for sale on the website www.antoniovisconti.it are delivered to the customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the item. The item should be tried on without removing the tag.
- Returns will only be accepted with intact tags. Returns with cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered tags will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Items to be returned must not have been worn , ironed , washed or treated in any way.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped .
- All other labels on the garment, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
- The goods to be returned must be physically delivered exclusively to the Express Courier within 14 working days from the delivery date.
- Customers wishing to exchange a size, color, or item must submit the return procedure to ordini@antoniovisconti.it
- In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Visconti SRL reserves the right to refuse the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.
We urge you to take particular care when trying on the item you purchase, as items with missing or damaged original hanging tags will be considered irreparably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, worth zero euros.
NB The costs and expenses for returning the product (e.g. cash on delivery, return of goods, etc.) are in any case the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Consumer right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The right of withdrawal consists of the possibility – granted to the consumer for contracts concluded outside of business premises (at home, on the street, by mail, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) – to unilaterally decide to terminate the contractual obligation with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of the stipulation of the same, consequently obtaining a refund of the price paid.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:
- for goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer;
- for services, from the day of conclusion of the contract.
If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (as evidenced by the postmark) from the day of receipt of the goods.
The refund of the price paid must take place as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if dissatisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.
Operating mode:
To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the products or within 14 days of purchasing the services, sending an email to ordini@antoniovisconti.it containing all the information necessary and useful for correctly processing the return and refund request.
This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:
- the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
- the number and copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
The refund will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the notification via email.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation on distance selling shall apply .
